Ashley Davis Speaks at GlobalWIN’s 11th Annual Retreat

This week, at the 11th Annual GlobalWIN Salamander Retreat, I had the opportunity to join Abigail Blunt in a conversation about my book, 'The Power Pivot,' and reflect on the pivots that shaped my own career.

What made the conversation especially meaningful was the audience. The room was filled with corporate leaders and executives navigating their own moments of change, organizations evolving, industries shifting, and leadership expectations continuing to rise.

One theme came up again and again: the most effective leaders don’t avoid change. They learn how to move through it intentionally. They pivot strategies without abandoning values, and they understand that clarity often comes after action, not before it.
