Ashley Davis’s book, “The Power Pivot” is officially out!

Over the past year, ‘The Power Pivot’ has been written in the margins of a very full life. Early mornings at 5 a.m. before the day began. On flights between meetings. In the car while waiting for my son to finish hockey practice. Late nights and weekends when most of the work of the day was done.

I wrote ‘The Power Pivot’ because I’ve spent three decades watching leaders face moments when something must change  a strategy, a career path, a business model, or a decision that will shape what comes next. Those moments can feel uncertain, but they are also where the greatest opportunities exist.

I know that this book gives leaders a practical framework to recognize those moments earlier, make decisions with intention, and move forward with confidence.
